online therapy in Rhode Island
Online trauma and EMDR therapy in Rhode Island
I am a licensed therapist offering online sessions for adults anywhere in Rhode Island. Together we work with complex trauma, attachment wounds and anxiety using EMDR, somatic therapy and parts work.

Therapy that fits your life in Rhode Island
In a small state, privacy matters. Many Rhode Island clients tell me they worry about running into their therapist at the grocery store. Online therapy lets you work with someone outside your local circles, from the privacy of your own home.
I see clients across Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Newport and Pawtucket, all by secure video. You only need a private space and a reliable internet connection.
This may be a fit if you
- Live in Rhode Island and want specialized trauma therapy without a commute
- Feel stuck in old relationship patterns or attachment wounds
- Live with high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism or people-pleasing
- Have done talk therapy and want to go deeper
- Are curious about EMDR, somatic therapy or parts work
What we work on
My focus is complex trauma, attachment wounds and high-functioning anxiety. Many clients come to me after years of talk therapy, understanding their patterns but still feeling stuck in them.
We use EMDR to help painful memories lose their charge, somatic therapy to help your nervous system settle, and parts work to get to know the protective parts of you that have worked so hard to keep you safe.
How online sessions work
We start with a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we are a good fit. From there, sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly or every other week, held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Because I am licensed in Rhode Island, you must be physically located in the state during each session. If you travel often, just let me know and we can plan around it.
Fees and superbills
Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, held online for adults in Florida, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, Maryland and South Carolina. I am private pay and don’t bill insurance directly, but I can send a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available.
