I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, self-criticism & doubt, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection—both from others and from themselves. I specialize in working with those who are struggling with limiting beliefs, such as feeling “not good enough,” especially when these beliefs stem from difficult childhood experiences.

My own journey wasn’t always easy, and I understand the challenges that come with feeling disconnected from your emotions and others. Growing up, I struggled with repressing my feelings, which created distance between me and those around me. I used unhealthy coping skills to push people further away. Over time, this emotional disconnection manifested as anxiety—though I didn’t have a name for it back then. That anxiety quietly followed me into adulthood, shaping how I related to the world and to myself. It wasn’t until I began to work through my childhood wounds and reconnect with who I truly wanted to be that I realized how powerful healing can be. That experience is what led me to become a therapist—with the hope of creating a safe, supportive space for others to do the same: to heal, grow, and become even more than they ever thought possible.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can be exactly who you are, wherever you are in your journey. Whether you’re facing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or self-worth challenges, I am here to support you in understanding and breaking free from the patterns that hold you back. Together, we will explore what is standing in your way and work toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of twins, and fitness is a big outlet for me, both for my mental well-being and for the community I’ve found at the gym. I love spending time with my family, enjoying a date night with my husband, trying new foods, and traveling when I can (though it’s a bit trickier now with kids!). I also continue to recover from my tendency to do too much, and I’m always seeking personal growth as I help others navigate their own journeys.

My Approach: Safe, Collaborative, and Flexible

I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can show up however you are, on any given day or in any moment.

Whether you’re on your couch in your pajamas or taking a break at work, the beauty of online therapy is that you can be comfortable wherever you are. I’m flexible and will meet you where you are.

My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I work alongside you, using EMDR, IFS, and other evidence-based techniques to help you heal, break free from limiting beliefs, and grow. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, understand their roots, and develop strategies that empower you to create lasting change.

About Me:

Family is my foundation

I am married to my best friend, Stephen, and I am a twin mom of boy-girl twins, so I truly understand the beautiful chaos of balancing life, family, and personal time. We also have a dog named Tank (don’t be fooled, he’s only 12 pounds!)

Facts

I’m an avid gym-goer

I love lifting weights and staying active. I’ve competed in CrossFit competitions, HYROX races, and running events—but fun fact: I didn’t grow up playing sports and didn’t get into fitness until I was around 25. It’s never too late to find something that lights you up!

All about community

As an extrovert, I really value connection, friendships, and shared experiences. I’m part of two book clubs (one for therapists and one for fun) and I love being involved in other community groups like my neighborhood community board!

You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and at peace.

Let’s work together to make lasting changes and align you with your best self.
