You are juggling your responsibilities, trying to show up for others, and doing your best to keep it all together, even when it feels like too much.
Your mind never slows down or your body feels on edge and it is exhausting.
Let’s work through this together.
Understand the shape your anxiety takes and where it comes from.
Gently explore the beliefs and past experience that contributes to these patterns.
Build tools that support you in the present.
Move toward a calmer, more connected and aligned version of yourself.
Whichever version of anxiety you’re living with, I’ll meet you there—with tools, compassion, and care.
Generalized anxiety might show up as racing thoughts, a pit in your stomach, trouble sleeping, or difficulty focusing. It might make you second-guess yourself or feel overwhelmed by daily tasks. This type of anxiety often brings up fears of the future or a sense of dread, even when there's no clear reason why.
High-functioning anxiety can be trickier to spot—especially if you’re the one always getting things done, keeping up appearances, and taking care of everyone else. You may appear "successful,” organized, or calm on the outside while battling internal stress, tension, and self-doubt. You may feel pressure to always be doing more, even when you're exhausted.
Anxiety doesn’t always look the same. It might show up as racing thoughts, restlessness, overthinking, or the constant urge to keep everything under control. Whether it’s a persistent worry or high-functioning anxiety that others rarely notice, therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s underneath the anxiety, and learn to respond rather than react.
My approach combines actionable tools with deeper self-awareness to help you feel calmer, more present, and in charge of your life.

My approach may not be for everyone — and that’s completely okay. Here’s a little guidance to help you figure out if we might be a good match.
It might show up as racing thoughts, tension in your body, difficulty sleeping, or a nonstop pressure to do more, be better, or stay in control. It’s exhausting, and it can make it hard to feel present or at ease in your life.
When we work together, we’ll start by getting curious about your anxiety—how it shows up, what tends to trigger it, and how it’s been affecting your day-to-day life. We’ll look at the patterns you’ve developed to cope, many of which may have once helped you get through hard things but now leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or just don’t work anymore.
Our work won’t be about “fixing” you—it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and beginning to relate to yourself in a new way. We’ll focus on helping you understand your anxiety, respond to it with more compassion, and develop tools that help you feel more calm, confident, and grounded.
You don’t have to carry the weight of anxiety alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through just to get by. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and begin to shift what’s no longer working.
Start by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to talk—no pressure, no commitment. You can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work. It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported, and this call helps us both decide if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a secure link to complete initial paperwork and a brief intake form. This helps me understand what’s bringing you to therapy and gives us a strong foundation to begin our work together—so you don’t have to start from scratch in session one.
We’ll meet virtually for a 50-minute session. The first session is focused on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what’s been feeling hard lately. From there, we’ll start creating a path that’s tailored to you, with ongoing sessions that support your growth and healing.
